Ai manas
Ai manas is this amazing Timorese chili sauce, made from hot little chilies, limes, and what else I am going to find out in the next couple of days and tell you - because, it is FANTASTIC. I would have to say it is my favorite chili sauce ever.

I just showed my little daughter me (Sara) at the marked in Dili and she wanted to know where she was and why I hadn't taken her to Timor.
Thanks for that Ewa but I want to know where the Royal Henriques Spaghetti Marinara is? Thanks Danilo that was and always will be the best spaghetti I've ever had!
